Winter General Meeting
The Scarborough Campus Students’ Union hosts the Winter General Meeting in the winter semester of each academic year. This is an opportunity for members to change the By-Laws of the Scarborough Campus Students Union and change the direction of work of the SCSU.
During the WGM the Executives and the Directors of the SCSU Board will review the past year of work to uphold our commitment to accountability and transparency.
2024 Winter General Meeting Time & Location
We will be hosting our Annual General Meeting on Monday, March 25th from 4 PM to 8 PM in 1265 Bistro.
This meeting is open to all SCSU Members. There will be a registration desk upon arrival, refreshments will be provided.
Proxy Packages
Every member of the Union is entitled to designate another member to act as their proxy in the case that they cannot attend the meeting. Proxy forms can be picked up from the SCSU office.
No member shall carry more than twenty-five (25) proxies.
Deadline to submit package: March 20th, 4pm
NOTE: You may proxy your vote to one (1) person who is attending the meeting, meaning that you cannot sign more than one proxy package.
