Booking Request Form
Clubs and DSAs alongside other organizations and departments can book certain spaces and services made available by the SCSU, please read below for guidelines surrounding bookings. Please note that bookings require 2-3 business days to be processed. Food Court bookings require a 30-day notice. For 1265 Bistro Bookings, visit here.
IMPORTANT UPDATES: We do not process bookings that occur on the weekends or during campus closures (i.e. holidays, reading week, etc.).
Student Centre Room/Table Booking
Please read through the guidelines before proceeding to fill out the booking form. Only recognized Clubs and DSAs for the current school year are able to book Rooms, Specialized Spaces, and/or Tables for up to a maximum of ten (10) hours weekly in the Student Centre.
During the last month of classes each semester, boardrooms will be unavailable to be booked as they are used for study spaces.
For bookings concerning rooms outside the Student Centre, please reach out to the Office of Student Experience & Wellbeing. For Partnerships/Vendor booking, please carefully read and fill out this form.
Bookings cannot be made further than two-weeks since the request was sent. Please come down to the SCSU Office to gain access to your room during your requested time. The booking options are as follows:

Tabling Options
There are four (4) tables available. Tabling occurs alongside the glass wall on the main floor of the Student Centre.
Upon sending this form in, you agree to leave the room/table in the condition you found it in. This includes no furniture moving, wire tampering, damages and such. If any damages are incurred during your booking, you and your association will be held accountable for repairs and face potential blacklisting from ALL SCSU provided services.
