The Scarborough Campus Students’ Union (SCSU) democratically unites and represents the diverse undergraduate student body of the University of Toronto Scarborough, to advocate on their behalf, to advance their experience, while serving their needs and interests.

The SCSU is your elected student body, representing all 14, 000 students at the University of Toronto Scarborough. It successfully manages the Student Centre and owns Rex’s Den Restaurant, the UTSC pub and restaurant. It advocates on behalf of students on such issues as the cost of education, campus safety, and academic standards.

The SCSU also provides important services and discounts, from club funding, graduation photos and the annual tax clinic, to previously offering discounted TTC items (metropasses, tokens, etc), inexpensive Cineplex tickets, and seasonal Wonderland passes. In short, it has a huge impact on the lives of every student of UTSC. The Board of Directors and Executives form the Student Union’s core and they are the group that is working at continuously further expanding the broad range of advocacy work, events and services that are provided to all our full-time and part-time UTSC student members.
