Change to Club Funding Policy Effective May 31st 2020
Clubs may now choose to apply for two methods of funding. The first is the old method now called “Reimbursed Funding” where students apply for funds and receive the money AFTER providing receipts upon the completion of the event.
The second is the new method called “Pre-Approved Funding”, enabling students to submit a funding proposal, and upon successful approval by the Clubs Funding Committee receive a set amount of funds before their event. This new method has stricter rules and criteria listed in the form below and in the updated Clubs Funding Policy.
2019 – 2020 Club Funding Deadlines
Clubs must hand in their Club Funding Request Forms and all original receipts prior to these dates in order to be processed and considered for the round, unless applying for pre-approved funding:
- Round 1: January 27th
- Round 2: January 31st (for events that took place in January only)
- Round 3: February 19th
- Round 4: March 13th
- Round 5: April 3rd
