Posters on Bulletin Boards

The SCSU administers the use of all bulletin boards located throughout the campus with the exception of the Arts & Administration and Management buildings.

The SCSU offers a postering service for all campus groups and organizations, free of charge. Posters are stamped at the SCSU Office and can be put up for a period of two weeks on 20 boards throughout the campus. Organizations also have the option of putting up posters on their own but all posters must be stamped before being put up.

Student organizations can make copies of their poster for $0.05 per page to a maximum of twenty (20) copies; see above for free photocopy vouchers.

External groups and individuals who can demonstrate that their poster serves a charitable function will not be charged for posting on bulletin boards. External groups and individuals or individuals who are posting on bulletin boards for the purpose of generating profit or awareness will be charged a $20.00 (GST not included) flat-rate fee per unique poster.
