Clubs, student societies, and student organizations are eligible to receive a certain number of free photocopies per academic year provided they present a valid SCSU Photocopy Voucher. Vouchers allow for 160 free photocopies. If you need to acquire a voucher, please contact the VP Campus Life at

The SCSU offers the use of its fax machine to all UTSC student organizations. - Local fax: $0.25 per page
- Long-distance fax within Canada: $1.00 per page
- International fax: $3.00 per page
Student organizations are asked to have their documents prepared and legible with the complete phone number and contact information of the receiver prior to visiting the SCSU office.
