Many students felt the material for this course was naturally quite difficult and they did not feel especially supported by Professor Sastry, who they describe as a competent but uninspiring lecturer. A sizable portion of the class still had a good experience, however. Several note that the TAs were particularly weak.

Students in this class seemed to feel similarly about the material as compared with the other lecture section (see above) but for whatever reason they feel Professor Sastry was more entertaining here, which apparently made the class easier to bear.
