Students felt Professor Pilon was an engaging and effective lecturer, and note especially that he adopted PowerPoint as a new aspect of his lectures and used it to good effect. Several note that he made otherwise dry aspects of politics comprehensible and even interesting for them. Some comment that the value of the tutorials was not as high as the lecture.
