Many students in the class felt that Professor Cormack could have improved the course by sticking to the course syllabus and not changing it during the course of the semester. This included not changing the deadlines of major assignments. Diversifying the topics covered in class (as outlined in the course description) would have been beneficial. Furthermore, clearer instructions for marking assignments would have been helpful. Aside from these, students found Professor Cormack to be nice and knowledgeable.
