Students found Professor Sorensen to be a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic person who taught concepts with clarity. Students also liked the time given by the professor for any questions during the lecture. However, many felt that too much material was being covered in a short period of time. Overall, the students did feel it was an interesting course.

Students found Professor Sorensen to be a great lecturer who was very thorough and informative during lectures and was able to explain concepts well. The Professor was very helpful and even had extra office hours for students who had additional questions. Students mainly had positive comments about Professor Sorensen, including that he hopefully receives tenure. Students liked having guest speakers incorporated into the class schedule as well. They really enjoyed the course, a couple citing this as one of the best they had ever taken.

Students found having two instructors to be entertaining and helpful, and the guest lectures were interesting. Some felt the class size needed to be capped, and the final paper was weighted too high.

Students appreciate Professor Sorensen and for the most part were pleased with the format and content of this course. Several observed that the size of the class was a problem in relation to the type of work being done and suggested it was not appropriate for a D-level seminar.

Professor Sorenson is an enthusiastic and talented lecturer. Students suggested that more examples from the Professors experience or research would have enriched the course further. Overall this was considered to be a good course.

Students agree this is an excellent course. Sorenson's use of detailed PowerPoint presentations is beneficial. He is an effective instructor. Students were divided in their opinions about the tutorials . some believed the tutorials to be quite useful while others seemed to think they needed improvement.

Students agree that Professor Sorenson is an "amazing teacher who effectively translates his enthusiasm over course material to his students." In turn, this has made it easy for many students to really enjoy the course and become passionate about the topics discussed. Some students noted that a more concise syllabus would greatly enhance their learning experience.

Students in this class enjoyed Professor Sorenson quite a lot, and particularly enjoyed the planning game exercise as an opportunity to apply the material they learned creatively. Students had concerns about the work load of the course, however, and suggested it is above the norm.
