Most students agreed that Professor Aarts was a pleasant, approachable and knowledgeable professor. They appreciated her use of animated examples of the material. However, many were dissatisfied with the evaluation method, where the midterm (worth 30%) had only 20 multiple-choice questions. Students strongly suggest that the lecture notes be posted well prior to the start of the lecture so that it will aid in their learning experience, and that the lectures be better structured and organized.
