Students found that the professor was excellent at explanations and was very enthusiastic towards the subject material. The students enjoyed the varying and numerous ties that Prof Donaldson displayed in class , and really enjoyed the treats, timbits, chocolates, candies , and other added incentives that he brought to the lectures, it really improved the class morale.

Some felt it was very important that Professor Donaldson stick more closely to the text and others felt he was pitching his lectures to too high a level and requested that he 'dumb things down' more. Students acknowledge this course as valuable, but difficult.
