Students found this class to be interesting, informative, practical and at times engaging. However, a few felt that Dr. Gazzarrini's teaching method was not effective. Use of a microphone when lecturing would have helped since many had difficulty hearing her. Posting lecture notes ahead of time would facilitate a better learning experience. Some felt that the marking scheme was inconsistent. The lab component demanded a lot of time, but students found it very useful and were well-organized by the lab coordinator (Dr. Brunt). Otherwise, Dr. Gazzarrini was seen has very helpful and easy to approach.
