Many students claimed Professor Soros was one of the best professors they had ever had as she was organized, enthusiastic, and graded fairly. Nonetheless, many would have appreciated it had the professor used a microphone.

Students commended Professor Soros' enthusiasm and found her to be personable. However, many found the midterm in this class to be unfair as it did not reflect the material that was emphasized in the lectures. Furthermore, many students would have appreciated it had they been provided with a proper course syllabus, and had their lab marks been more promptly returned.

Students enjoyed professor Soro's knowledge and enthusiasm towards the course material. They found that she was warm, personable, and genuinely enjoyed teaching. The comprehensive lecture notes and handouts were appreciated as they facilitated note-taking during lectures. However, most found the workload for the lab component of the course to be very high and found that the dissections did not sufficiently prepare them for the lab exam. Students suggested more instruction during the lab, in particular, regarding the proper procedures for the dissections. The use of cadavers instead of pigs for the labs was also recommended. The support of teaching assistants, in particular Richard Babb, was appreciated by many of his students. Two popular suggestions for the course: a new projector for the lecture notes or the use of Powerpoint slides and a more clearly defined and objective grading scheme. Overall, students enjoyed the lecture component of the course thoroughly.

Professor Soros was very productive and effective in her teaching style. However, some students noted that power point slides should be used rather than writing on the board. In addition, a microphone would enable the entire class to hear her lectures properly. A lot of students were disappointed with the lab component of this class. They felt the labs could have been better organized by the TA, and supplemental information regarding the lab material would have helped. Students also felt that the instructor should be more aware of during the course in future. Otherwise, Professor Soros was seen as very enthusiastic and extremely helpful.

Students did not enjoy copying down notes during the entire lecture and felt that they would benefit more from powerpoint / typed lecture notes. They also expressed interest in having lectures posted ahead of time. Students felt that the lab component of the course was poorly organized and needed more direction from Dr. Soros. Some felt that it was quite heavy to have a final exam and a lab exam during the exam period. On the other hand, students found Dr. Soros to be kind and approachable. She made the material interesting and her handouts in class were very helpful. Her midterm was deemed to be fair and she clearly stated what to focus on for exams.

Students enjoyed Professor Soros' lectures and felt that the lecture portion of the class was done well as a whole. Many students commented however that the lab portion of the class wasn't run as well, citing a lack of background knowledge as being a detractor to learning in the lab.
