Professor Arnold is enthusiastic, encouraging, and open-minded to opinions and statements. Some students found the class discussions to be helpful and valuable although students were hesitant to participate. Students felt that the professor should review major themes, issues, and sample questions for the exam because this would help with studying methods. In general, lectures were informative and interesting; they were clear with smooth transitions between topics and presented at a good pace. Many students felt that there needed to be more feedback on the grading from the evaluations.
