Students found Professor Quick's lectures to be organized and concise and were very pleased with his instruction. They were also glad for clear expectations regarding tests and assignments. One repeated request was for more work to be done on problems in the lecture section, as some students felt they weren't getting adequate practice on equations. Generally students felt this was a very good course with an experienced instructor and they wish him well.

Professor Quick was a very enthusiastic instructor who explained his concepts clearly and to the point. He was also noted for giving excellent lecture notes. The exams were a fair reflection of the material taught in class. Students taking this course should be prepared to read a lot.

Students in this course wanted more in-class examples and expressed a variety of concerns relating to the difficulty of the material as well as problems associated with students who did not have as much of a background in physics as other students might have. Students were not dissatisfied with the quality of the instruction, but also did not feel very enthusiastic about the material and the subject area.

Various concerns were expressed concerning the value of the tutorials and the availability of help in response to student questions and issues.

Students found Quick to be very helpful, organized and approachable. Overall, they believe this was a great professor to have. The only concern students had was that tutorials were not problem-solving based, they believed felt this would have helped their understanding. They also felt that professor should have assigned more practice questions/examples.

Students felt Quick was enthusiastic and easy to understand. However, problem sets were difficult and not taken up in tutorial. Students wished they had been given more examples in lecture and a longer tutorial to convert the concepts necessary for assignments.
