Students felt that Prof. Hlynsky was interesting and knowledgeable, and overall performed well as a university teacher. Students suggested that the studio should be made for suitable to photography (more space), and needed more suitable equipment (i.e. electronic equipment, Photoshop). Students also felt that the critiques lacked explanation/discussion, and suggested that it would be helpful if the professor was clearer in terms of what makes a good photo and why a particular grade was assigned. There was also concern that scheduling led to timetable conflicts resulting in not enough time for individual consultation.
