Prof. Kennedy was a very passionate, knowledgeable, approachable, and inspiring professor who was well-loved by his students. It is worth noting that he responded to emails very quickly. Some students found the lectures hard to follow and confusing with frequent changes of topic. A couple students pointed out too much weight was placed on the final exam. Overall, students enjoyed the course very much, and were honoured to be Prof. Kennedy’s students.

Students definitely appreciated Professor Kennedy's passion for the course and his initiative to get to know students. However, they felt that it would be effective if the PowerPoint slides were posted before class. Students felt that one of the Teaching Assistants for this course, Igor, taught very well and noted the fact that he held extra office hours. Students recommended that Juan, another TA, speak louder and go slower, as she was a bit difficult to understand.

Students enjoyed the instructor's efforts to keep the class interesting. The use of hmour was a needed interuption from the rather dry course material. Kennedy wrote the course textbook and therefore brought a level of expertise to the course that could not be duplicated by other professors.
