Students found the professor to be approachable, interesting, well-paced, and easy to listen to. Opinions on the professorís enthusiasm were diverged. The majority of students complained the lectures were unstructured. Some areas for improvement are posting PowerPoint slides, linking to current events, and being more prepared for class to reduce pauses.

Professor Pilon is an excellent professor and lecturer. His lectures are not only well organized but also engaging and his positive attitude is enjoyed by the students. Students agree that lecture material is interesting and covers a wide range views in detail but the reading load is slightly heavy.
