Dr. Ivy is described as a very knowledgeable and enjoyable lecturer, who was very animated and approachable to students in her classes. Students liked the small class style where there was more time for engaging discussions. Dr. Ivy is very helpful to students on a individual basis and a number of students enjoyed and commented on her infectious enthusiasm! Some students found the course format a little disorganized and were suggesting more instructions be given for the paper and take-home exam. Overall, this course was excellent and informative on aging.
