Students across the board agreed that Professor Borins was an exceptional professor. His charisma came out throughout his teaching, and many students felt the energy and enthusiasm he brought forth during his class. Many students said they would love to take the course again with a teacher as inspiring as Professor Borins.

Overall, students found Professor Borins to be an excellent lecturer who injects enthusiasm in his lectures. They appreciated the fact that he combines the theoretical knowledge with real world situations to show students that the theory is applicable. They found him to be very knowledgeable of the subject and commend him for making this course a memorable experience.

Students enjoyed the personal experiences that Professor Borins brought to the table. Most students who commented enjoyed the budget simulation assignment. Overall this was a good learning experience, which got many students thinking about a career in the public sector.

Students were divided as to the quality of this course but felt that the instruction was at least adequate if occasionally uninspired. A couple of students questioned the number and choice of texts, which extensively draw on the instructor's own publications.
