Overall, students found Professor Laurence to be very knowledgeable and most effective in explaining course material. Nonetheless, many students would have appreciated it had lectures been posted online. Furthermore, some felt that tutorials would have provided a much more engaging learning experience while others found the methods of evaluation—with a 40% midterm and 60% final—to be unrepresentative of a student's performance. Nonetheless, students found this course taught them useful information about the business world.

Students were very impressed with Professor Powers and rate him highly. Some students requested either more detailed PowerPoint notes, or that the slides appear sooner, or both. A few students were not happy with Powers. free-flowing style and felt this made him difficult and frustrating to follow, but this seems to be exactly the sort of thing the large majority of the class found so appealing and most seem to respond to it.
