Students commended Professor Chrysostomou for her teaching skills, especially after switching from slides to using the board and giving examples in class. Tests and assignments were long but students felt that tutorials were extremely helpful with explaining the material taught. Many felt the two-hour lectures with no break were tedious.

Students thought Professor Grinnell demonstrated an outstanding ability to teach. They thought he was extremely enthusiastic in teaching the material required, was always available to answer their questions and had extremely organized lecture notes which made attending lectures very important. Students felt that tutorials should have been longer, and that TAs should concentrate more on teaching material covered in class than giving quizzes.
