Prof. Biggs received highly positive feedback from his students; he was noted as being enthusiastic and interesting, and gave engaging examples. Students also found the lecture slides to be organized and informative, although dense at times. While some students liked the essays, others felt that there were too many essays, which were too strictly marked by the TAs; they felt that the TAs were too hard on them over style and not on their content. Students also suggested that the essays be discussed in clarity before the deadline and not afterwards.
