Professor Sawchuk is funny, enthusiastic, and caring. The course material, which was interesting and refreshing, was presented in a good method of teaching. Many enjoyed using the outreach CD and e-book; they felt that they were fun learning tools which helped them learn the material. Students felt that the assignments needed to be explained with more detail. It is suggested that all of the assignments be assigned at the beginning of the semester and that they be returned within a reasonable time-frame. In general, the teaching assistants were very helpful. However, more feedback and comments on assignments when returned would be appreciated so that improvement can be made on future assignments.

Professor Sawchuk is very considerate, funny, and enthusiastic. Some students did not find the reader useful. Also, assignments were not returned in a timely fashion, which prevented them from studying more effectively since the assignments covered important material. It is suggested that there be more feedback and comments on assignments when returned. Also, that there be more clarity and detail when assigning the assignments.
