Students found Professor Mittler to be an excellent professor with a high level of enthusiasm. The class material was very interesting and informative; however, students almost unanimously agreed on adding more visual presentation to Professor Mittler's lectures.

This was an important and unconventional course, in the opinions of many students, and they appreciated Professor Mittler's development of the subject matter. Reactions to English language instruction with the option to work in French were mixed, but all agree the course itself was very valuable.
