Students in Professor Duboisí class found the course to be very informative and interesting, and regarded the professor very highly. They found him to be very open-minded and flexible. However, while there was a lot of group discussion, students felt that more was needed to help improve the detail with which the class addressed certain issues.

Most were of the opinion that Professor DuBois is fantastic and an asset to the English Department. He is always helpful and his enthusiasm for the material is infectious. Many felt that this course, though sometimes difficult, helped to expand their thinking and understanding of poetry.
