Nearly every student in this course found Dr. Fulthorpe to be an exemplary instructor. She was described as 'knowledgeable', 'well-rounded', 'interesting', 'enthusiastic' and many times 'approachable'. A few commented that the lectures were somewhat haphazard, but all found that all concepts, including the very difficult ones, were clearly explained so that all understood. Most found that the material was of interest and importance, while the weighting of the importance of the required student seminars was of some debate.

Many students commented that Dr. Fulthorpe was a good instructor who was enthusiastic about the course material. Many felt that the PowerPoint slides were too busy or not well organized, and most pointed out that the material was very interesting.
