Professor Mohsin was very helpful in explaining her lecture fully. However, at times her pace went a little too fast, or she spoke too quickly for the students to understand. The students also felt that the class begins too early in the day, as well as the midterms. Also, the weekly quizzes were too easy and not very helpful, and the concept maps she used were not helpful for exams. However, most (though not all) students approved of her evaluation system, especially the large emphasis on participation.

Students felt that Professor Cornwell performed well. They also enjoyed the class participation exercises and found that the midterm was fair. However, students felt that a course textbook would have been helpful.

The majority of respondents commended Professor Gough for being an exceptional, enthusiastic, and highly organized lecturer. Students stated that he explained difficult concepts well and they appreciated his use of video clips and participatory activities. Furthermore, students commented that he was a patient, fair, and understanding professor who genuinely attempted to assist his students.

Students found Professor Cornwell very organized with his lectures and were pleased with his overall presentation of the course. However, many students expressed that the lectures could have been a bit more interesting by adding examples and illustrations that could liven up the class. The exams fairly evaluated the course material. Students would have appreciated if Professor Cornwell had opened longer office hours, especially during exam time (midterm). Overall, students were pleased with the course and instructor and were able to apply knowledge of concepts learnt to the real world.

Students were very enthusiastic about Professor Gough and found him to be approachable, friendly, and thoroughly professional. Several students were struck by his effort to learn everyone's name even in a very large class. Students were glad to avoid the need for a text with detailed slides and prepared course materials. They were divided on their opinion regarding participation grades ' while some were motivated to earn them others felt unduly compelled to attend class or else were discouraged by their apparent arbitrariness.

The reactions of students towards this professor are amazing. Most of them were in awe of his enthusiasm for this course and his techniques in making this course interesting. The assignments and participation questions helped enormously in preparation for the exams. Students were glad of the professor's approachability and his efficient explanation of the concepts. It was beautiful to see the course material connected to current issues in the environment. Students enjoyed not having a course material/textbook for this course.
