Students found Professor Furlong to be very enthusiastic about economics and made lectures interesting by relating current events to economic theory. Furlong answered questions well and used the three hour lecture to its maximum efficiency. However, many students found the lecture to be very fast paced.

Students suggested that the course be split over two days. Professor Furlong had a great sense of humour, however, he should slow down so that the students can absorb what is taught. The tutorials were a great help.
