Students found that Vassos did a good job with teaching in that he explained the concepts clearly and that he is very knowledgeable. This is a challenging class in which one must keep up with the material and not count on the teaching assistants providing much insight. Assignments may not be returned before the next assignment is due.

Pitt was described by students as very enthusiastic, explaining concepts well and displaying knowledge of subject matter. Students would like to see him teach D level courses. The only major complaint is the need for better teaching assistants. Examples given in lecture were very useful.
