The students felt Professor Estrada did a fantastic job in lecture. He was very enthusiastic and entertaining and was helpful during and outside of class. The course itself was rather difficult, and the labs were very inadequate. Much of the equipment was nonfunctional or simply broken and made the labs impossible to finish.

Students felt the second half of this course dropped off in quality. They disliked an excessive reliance on static slides and would have preferred more time on problem sets and examples in class. Students saw considerable value in the material itself, but felt a bit lost in terms of navigating the content.

Lorincz was described as excellent with regards to availability and willingness to help students during office hours. Unfortunately students felt that lectures were ineffective. Suggestions included board notes to depict examples, since powerpoint slides were hard to pay attention to for entire lecture. Labs were interesting and useful for enhancing course knowledge and practicality.
