Students generally enjoyed the course and have found Professor Pancer to be a very enthusiastic professor. Others have expressed that the lack of textbook resulted in fewer practice problems to help solidify concepts, as well as the need for assignments to be graded on time.

Students felt Professor A. Bretscher's lectures were full of enthusiasm, and that the professor was very organized and more than willing to address students concerns and questions. Students did express concerns with the difficulty of the course material, however they felt the professor was able to offset the difficulty of the course with clear examples. Overall students enjoyed this class, and most would recommend it.

Students in this course emphasized the difficulty of the material and suggested various ways in which they might be better prepared, including longer tutorials, more extensive feedback, etc. They had no complaints about the quality of instruction, however.
