Many students also noted that lectures were very boring and that the Professor did not engage students during class time.

Many students felt that the expectations and methods of evaluation were not fair and appropriate to the material and the course description.

Students reported that the course would be more interesting if Professor Wain-Bantin showed more enthusiasm in class, and explained her concepts with the use of better examples. Some students had trouble with completing the assignments on time, claiming they were too hard.

A lot of students thought the professor could have been more enthusiastic in lectures. Complaints arose about the work-load of this course compared to others at the same level, and the lack of examples given in class. Tutorials seemed to be very helpful in clearing up things.

Students felt Hunter was a good instructor who was approachable and friendly. However, it was recommend that a more creative approach to teaching be used. Lecturing from powerpoint slides was felt to impede on students' understanding of the course material. More emphasis on VB was also mentioned.
