Students unanimously agreed that Professor Daswani was an excellent and enthusiastic instructor. They very much enjoyed the course, and found that he was able to present the lecture material clearly. Many students also thought the use of films and documentaries were beneficial. However, some thought the essay assignments were difficult in terms of the expectations set for a B-Level course. They also felt that tutorials should focus more on concepts and readings rather than discussions and group work.

Professor Kapac is enthusiastic and clear in explaining material. Students found the course material to be in interesting and thought-provoking. He encouraged critical thinking about the student's own culture as well as international cultures, making one think outside of the North Western box. Many did not find the tutorials useful and felt more assignments throughout the year would enhance course understanding, instead of two major essays. Overall, this was an interesting course and a great professor.
