Professor Schillaci is caring and interesting as an instructor. He tends to questions with full attention and has a good teaching style. Some students note that they would appreciate better organized assignments that properly reflect the course expectations. The lab requirements of this course need to state the importance of prior knowledge of biology and math and/or statistics.

He was always willing to help and he provided students with challenges. His concern for students was greatly appreciated and he made learning a profound experience. The material was well explained and relevant with good use of examples in the lectures. An excellent professor and an informative course.
