Many found the teaching assistants extremely helpful but the tutorials unnecessary. Students felt that the professor spoke too quickly during the lectures. It is suggested that he use overheads, PowerPoint slides, and summaries to outline his lectures. Also, that the professor should definitely have his lecture notes and course outline online. Some felt he provided great examples and good videos. Some felt that there was too much reading in the course and that the course expectations should be a little clearer because they feel that there is too much material to cover within such a short period of time. It is recommended that more methods of evaluation are used like quizzes and tests rather than in-class essays to allow more room for improvement. Also, some prefer cultural anthropology more than the other material taught in the course. In general, this was a good professor and interesting course.
